B.S. Engineering
·        Paper Machine experience required; minimum 5 years
·        Strong communication skills (written/oral)
·        Solid problem solving, organizational, analytical, strategic planning and interpersonal skills
·        Proven ability to self-manage in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
·        SAP experience
·        Proven project management skills.
·        Knowledgeable of LEAN and Six Sigma principles.
