Qualifications
- Must possess a BS degree in a technical field
- Must be able to lead/manage people and deal with personnel issues
- Must possess good communication skills
- Must have a working knowledge of batch digesters, brownstock washing, bleach-plant operations, and chlorine dioxide generator
- Must have an understanding of the safety and environmental obligations of the Pulp Mill
- Should have an understanding of the business aspects of the Pulp Mill
- Should be self-motivated and interested in continuous growth and development
- Should understand Pulp Mill's influence on overall mill and company performance
