Position provides ongoing technical expertise to the Operating Departments; monitor and improve quality, make process changes, and reduce costs. The position is critical to the ongoing support of continuous improvement initiatives through providing technical support and advising various project/process teams across the entire mill. This position is strategically aligned to provide added technical support to the line manufacturing groups throughout the mill.
